Module One: Beginners

Beginners are those who have very little to no prior knowledge of Arabic. The purpose of this module is to give learners foundational training in the Arabic Language in listening, reading, writing, speaking, basic grammar, and pronunciation. Module one is divided into 6 lessons:

Lesson One: Arabic Alphabet and Pronunciation

Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to: • Master Arabic alphabet and non-connecting letters. • Know Arabic diacritic marks (short vowels) and letter sounds. • Recognize the Taa Marbouta and Alif Maqsoura. • Learn Arabic long vowels and pronunciation • Master Hamza with Alif. • Understand the Sukoon and Shadda

Lesson Two: Arabic Greetings and Introduction

Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to: • Learn basic greetings, leave-taking, and self-introduction. • Comprehend Personal Pronouns • Count from 0–10 and know basic arithmetic signs • Recognize Days of the Week • Distinguish between Hamza with و and ي • Conjugate sound verbs in Present Tense • Negate verbs in the Present Tense

Lesson Three: Numbers and Counting System

Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to: • Learn numbers from 11–100 • Master Question Articles • Master Months of the Year • Comprehend Ordinal numbers (1st to 20th) • Learn Possessive Pronouns • Master Hamza sitting Independently.

Lesson Four: Daily Routine

Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to: • Learn about Family Members • Conjugate verbs in Future Tense • Understand How to Negate Future Tense • Tell Time in Arabic • Discover Adverbs of Time • Talk about Daily Routine in present tense

Lesson Five: Surroundings

Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to: • Learn adverbs of place • Explore Masculine colors • Master Feminine Colors • Gain knowledge of home items • Master Personal Descriptions • Discover Past Tense • Learn How to Negate Past Tense.

Lesson Six: Food and Drinks

Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to: • Explore Demonstrative Pronouns • Learn about Major Cuisine, likes, and dislikes. • Reserve a table and order food. • Master Definite and Indefinite • Learn Imperative/command • Understand classroom objects and school subjects

Intermediate learners are those who have a solid foundation in Arabic basics addressed in the beginners’ level. This module is divided into 6 lessons.

Lesson One: Geography and Measurement

Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to: • Learn seven Arabic Letters with Meaning • Comprehend Relative Pronouns • Discover Units of Measurement • Have knowledge of Geography and Location • Know Occupation and professions. • Learning How to Negate Nouns and Adjectives

Lesson Two: Hobbies and Clothing

Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to: • Know Hobbies including your favorite • Form Nominal Sentences • Structure Verbal Sentence in Arabic • Learn about Clothing and Appearance • Gain knowledge of Prepositions • Understand prepositions with attached pronouns.

Lesson Three: Weather and Banking

Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to: • Talk about Weather • Form the Subject in Arabic • Talk about Banking • Construct the Object in Arabic • Send a package at a Post Office • Learn the Noun-Adjective Agreement

Lesson Four: Lodging and Transport

Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to: • Understand how verbs of measure I work. • Learn Singular, Dual, and Plural • Reserve and learn about Lodging • Discover Broken Plural • Talk about means of Transportation • Master Relative Nouns (Nationalities)

Lesson Five: Advanced Verbs

Lesson Six: Directions and Exceptions

Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you will be able to: • Give directions in Arabic • Use comparison in Arabic • Count from 101 to 1000 • Learn about exceptions in Arabic. • Master the usage of “مَا” in Arabic • Identify and use the Idafa structure correctly

Advanced learners are those who have a good command of the Arabic Language beyond the beginner and intermediate levels stated in this course description. Advanced learners normally have strong bases in vocabulary, grammar, and fluency in communication with accuracy in different settings. This module is divided into 5 lessons:

Lesson One

Objectives: • Enhancement of critical thinking and analytical skills through discussions, debate, and arguments. • Exploring Comparison • Current Events • Arrange and talk about travel

Lesson Two

Objectives: • Advancement in comprehension of complex texts, including idiomatic expressions. • Engaging in discussions, presentations, and debates on different themes. • The Idaffa Structure • Exception in Arabic

Lesson Three

Objectives: • Development in fluency and accuracy in spoken and written Arabic. • Reserve a room in a hotel • Revolving around specific themes and areas of interests of learners. • Kanna and its sisters

Lesson Four

Objectives: • Developing advanced vocabulary related to specific topics or fields. • Reflexive Pronouns • Focusing on authentic materials such as articles, newspapers, literary works, and broadcasts. • Negating and Prohibiting (لا)

Lesson Five

Objectives: • Focus on all skills: Reading, writing, listening, and speaking. • Advanced Grammar: Exploration of advanced grammatical concepts.
